TARGET AUDIENCE: GRADE 10-12 MATH TEACHERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND
This workshop focuses on showing teachers how to construct effective multiple-choice and numerical-response questions for high school math. Common errors and misconceptions in item development will be shown, as well as ways to improve the quality of machine-scored items. Participants should have a copy of a current test that they wish to review and revise, as well as resources to write new machine- scored questions.
